That's the current count in the terror attack on the middle school in Russia. Vladimir Putin promises retribution: "We showed weakness, and weak people are beaten."
That's a sentiment that seems to be shared by his countrymen. "Fathers will bury their children, and after 40 days (the Orthodox Christian mourning period) ... they will take up weapons and seek revenge," said Alan Kargiyev, a 20-year-old university student in the capital of North Ossetia, Vladikavkaz.
Russia has killed about 10% of the population of Chechnya so far, trying to keep the region under Russian control. It looks as though that percentage is going to go up. ¶ 6:42 PM
